Not Happy

When can we expect an update or fix? Like so many others the update killed it for many of our educational mobile users. Not Happy!

Cant use calendar anymore. Keeps crashing. Terrible update - made things worse, not better!!

Awful program

Never mind the latest update. The top row is blocked from the screen. And Unclickable. This is ridiculous. Never mind that the interface is complete garbage. New messages get stuck all the time. To send I have to click done and then send. The list of annoyances goes on.... This is an awful program.

Problems

Need bug fixes. Cant open folders

I cant access the top row because it is covered in a banner.

Awful

I cannot access any of my top row icons... One of which is the mail. This needs a fix ASAP!!!!

Fixed problems

This update fixed all the problems with the calendar and top row icons being fixed.

Please change back to the original colour the white background is annoying and hard on the eyes and no one Ive talked to likes it... Please fix it... Thank you...

All is well again! You have fixed all the bugs and glitches and this app is restored to its former glory! Well done for reacting so quickly to our concerns! Grade A for the fast fix!

Update not good

No flags to indicate new message. Horrible lay out. Not a good app now:( need my notification back!

Crash

The new update has made it unusable for me because it keeps crashing please help.

Not happy

No longer getting notification, deleted added, flushed cache, turned of all settings turned back on, need notification, missing important emails when not near a computer. Please fix. Oh! white colour not good either.

New update no push notification

Since Jan 18 update cant get any notifications. Just dropped the usefulness of this app in a big way.

Horrible change - Liars

Does no one know how to test a product? Change the background to black again please!!! Also the screenshots show the app still has a black background... Liars :(

Login screen

I have been stuck with a login screen on my iPad where I cannot see what I am typing in for a password. Its frustrating. Not sure if that happens to all iPad users or just me?? Any ideas?

Improved Since Update, Still a Few Bugs

Thank you for hearing my cries for an update after 2 years of crashes. Its better but needs improvement: 1. The alerts are still in need of a tweak. The notifications still do not go to my lock screen (and Ive turned every possible option on). The banners still only alert me every once and a while but not every email. 2. The black screen while typing emails was removed but with recent iOS updates, its back again.

Not receiving notifications

Since the new update I am no longer receiving notifications. This is a huge pain as these emails are very important. Hope this issue can be resolved quickly

Please fix

First class is okay, BUT the update on August 2nd, 2016 seems to have broken the app. Now states "you cannot used a saved password when connecting to this server(1111). " Odd since the save password feature is set to the "off" position. Please fix.

Now you cant log in.

Latest update is saying you cant use a stored password. I dont save my password please fix it

This version isnt working!

Latest update always says that I cannot log on with a saved password when I am not using a saved password. I even tried to delete the app and all data then reinstall to be sure I didnt accidentally have a saved password hidden away somewhere, but it just said the same thing.
