I keep getting an error about a stored password causing me to not be able to login. Please update ASAP!

This app stinks. How can you release an update that no longer works at all. I cant even log in. This isnt a minor bug. It just doesnt work. Embarrassing inept. Doesnt anyone at this company check their work before releasing it to the public? Someone should be fired for this idiotic oversight.

Could not communicate with work and lost job.

Unable to log-in. Get an error message that says I cant use a saved password.

The latest update made the app unusable - keeps saying user ID and password are not correct or on the rare occasion it gets past there is is offline and says not connected to server.

No one I know can log in after this update. Please fix!

Im very frustrated. This is the version second new version I downloaded today and I am still not able to log in! :0(. Help!!!!! Please fix or allow older version to be downloaded so I may log in.

Updated on 8/2 and took my ability to log in. Updated on 8/4 to fix login error and still wont work. I have deleted and downloaded again and still wont work. It says my username and/or password is incorrect, they have never changed. Should have known better than to update because the updates never work...Frustrated.

FC Mobile latest release 2nd in 2 days) does not allow us to log in on any mobile device to retrieve our mail. I called support 3 times and they were useless. Once denying the issue and then stating the issue was on our end. I Emailed support with no reply so far. I went to support site with no mention of any issues. Only mentions are the 2 other reviews posted after the 1st recent stating others that have the same issues. We can log in on my laptops. L Disappointed in support for this product and hope the issue will be resolved shortly.

Would be nice to be able to check my email. Try to hire someone that knows what they are doing!

Since upgrading to 16.0.1, I have to re-enter my password every time I log in. The app will not allow me to auto-save my password.

Bugs fixed? Doubt it. Cant use this mobile app. Inconvenient to log on to computer rather than use the mobile which is supposed to be convenient. Waste of time and energy.

This app has not been working since the 9.3.3 iOS update. FIRST CLASS, please fix this! Not sure whay it is taking you so long plus you are only receiving more and more bad reviews!

I access two FC servers, one is running server 9.1 and the other is running 11.1. The latest mobile client has completely broken access to the 9.1 server. PLEASE fix!

Now it has been a week. Please post the original app that worked so we can all use our email again. Fix the app on your own time. The update earlier this week broke the app, it will not permit you to login to your server. Updated app just got pushed to the Apple Store, and it does not work either. Please, fix this...

Entirely broken since update and they dont care. No wonder almost no one uses First Class anymore.

Here is my guess as to what is going on. The financial industry has pretty much taken over the business world, especially businesses that are publicly traded. In order to keep their stock price high, Opentext has got to show strong results in almost every quarterly report. So the programmers made it difficult to impossible for some devices (like my iPhone) to login to older versions of FirstClass server, thus pressuring users to do an expensive upgrade, thus boosting income, thus boosting stock prices, (thus transferring wealth from those who generally need money to those who dont, thus creating more inequality and a shrinking middle class, thus inspiring citizens to vote for candidates who they think can fix this worsening situation). It may not be the greed of Opentext but merely their struggle to survive in a game with rules they didnt write. Its time that wise people rewrote the rules to serve the country and the world as a whole.
