Updated First Class

It was working fine for me. Something changed and now I cant see the mailbox icon, it is hidden behind the title bar on top. It is now difficult to click to open my top folders which falls under the title bar.

Update is terrible

It automatically updated and now the entire top row is cutoff and nearly impossible to click on. Another in a long line of problems with this app. Unless your school forces you to use it, like mine, I would never recommend this app.

Do not update

I had a co-worker tell me he was having trouble with first class after he updated it. I wish I had left mine with the previous version. The login/log out button no longer exists but is merely text. The desktop screen has the first row of icons blocked out by a white bar that makes it impossible to see if there are new emails or alerts. I hope whoever pushed this update through is gettin an earful. What a joke.

Whatever they did made it worse. Switch it back to the last version. You cant do any calendar items, since it kicks you right out the application. Worst ever attempt to update an application. Hope they fix soon.

Cannot move email to folders

With the new update, I can no longer move emails from my mailbox to sub folders. This makes this aap useless for me during the work day, as all my work is done in the field.

Terrible Update!!!

Do not upgrade! App crashes every time! If not dependable on the mobile app then not a product to keep for my organization. This will hasten our exit. Please fix NOW!

Malfunction

The update has not only made it look worse, it performs worse as well. The icons are not accessible in vertical mode. The calendar feature causes the app to crash. Please fix. I use this for work and it is slowing down my efficiency. Thanks!

Pretty Bad Planning

I have been using the first class app for over eight years. It has been functional, although limited. Unfortunately, this new update makes it impossible for me to see the top line of tools when I am on the main page. This means I cant see my mailbox, calendar and other tools. It also continually crashes when I try to look at my calendar or add an item to my calendar. I dont know how it works on other peoples phones but I am using iPhone 6 and its awful!

Update messed things up!

This update, while needed has major flaws. The large white overhead at the top overlaps the first row of options(I.e. Mail, calendar, etc), this makes it almost impossible to open any of them unless they are second row or below. Also like others have said the removal of the box around the login button and its move closer to the password space makes this very difficult. Please fix this, I like other have to use this.

What have they done???

I can not access my own mailbox because its at the top of my phone and cant see the first row of icons!! The whole white thing is extremely annoying and the log in is practically nonexistent and also super annoying. I deleted the whole app and reloaded it thinking I had a problem but this is the app!! Horrible!!! It was way better the way it was!!!

Needs work!

No longer alerts for new mail. Must manually check and then it freezes the phone! Please fix these issues!

Fix the bugs

Got the bug fix this morning but now Im not getting any notifications.... Opening my calendar crashes the app. and the notification on my iPad are weird...1 email=11 notifications...and that number just keeps getting higher.

New Update

I am not very happy with the new update. The app does not send any notifications to the lock screen at all. It doesn’t send notifications to the badge icon either. The old one, although it bumped you out of the app, at least sent notifications.

Calendars and folders not working.

When opening the calendar it almost always force closes the app and I am unable to open sub folders within my inbox or move messages to them. ****UPDATE*** The calendar and folders issue has been fixed. However with the last update it broke the push notifications and many devices are unable to receive them now. The newest update did not fix that issue.

Update broke apns

As with the others reporting, the latest update fixed the calendar and folder issues. But no push notifications are going through. Still buggy please fix. Hundreds of phones are waiting.

Please fix this update - there are NO NOTIFICATIONS.

This new update renders the app unusable. Im not able to read any emails as the content is off the screen large. Please go back to the 2015 version. So frustrating.

Update broke push notifications

I work in IT and rely on FirstClass client push notifications so I know when someone emails the helpdesk. The update broke push notifications, now I have to manually check for new emails and keep missing important ones! Fix this issue please!

Why do I no longer get notifications? If its not broke dont fix it!!! You fix it and no longer works right. Good job
